Ripe catering was founded By Gerry Maher who has more than 20 years of catering experience, training in hotels & catering organizations in Ireland & Australia. Gerry migrated to Australia in 1998 & added to his extensive knowledge & experience in the catering industry while working with some of Sydney’s premier caterers & has overseen events in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane.
